FAQs

If you realise that you need to cancel your order, be sure to contact us as soon as possible. This will help ensure that we’re able to cancel the order for you, though we can’t guarantee it.

 

Unfortunately, once an order has been processed (meaning it’s been packed and shipping has been arranged), we are no longer able to cancel the order. However, you can still return the item for a refund. Just contact us as soon as you receive it (please let us know that you wanted to cancel but couldn’t), and we’ll set you up with a return label.

ThinkWise accepts returns on products (for a refund, minus the cost of return shipping) within 7 days of delivery. Please keep these guidelines in mind:

 

  1. Your item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  2. To get your return label, simply contact us and we’ll send you one.
  3. If an item is damaged, please shoot us an email with photos so we can take care of it.
